Steve Stuckey
Foreman

Steve has been with Eby Exteriors since 2000, except for a brief time when he returned to his home state of Ohio. As our longest-tenured employee, Steve demonstrates a rock-solid work ethic and simply gets the job done. His goal is always to do a great job and get it done efficiently – minimizing the intrusion upon our clients’ lives. While he is experienced in all facets of our work his specialty is siding installation.

Steve lives in Lancaster with his wife Janet and their 2 daughters. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, being outdoors, and following Ohio State Buckeye football.

Joel Zeiset
General Manager & Sales

Joel has been with the company since 2003. He started out working on the installation crew and gained experience with all of the services we offer. After a number of years, Joel gradually moved into sales and in 2019 he also became General Manager of Eby Exteriors. In that role, Joel keeps his finger on the pulse of everything happening at Eby’s. As a salesman, he does a great job helping our clients choose the best options for their home improvement project

Joel is a graduate of Millersville University and lives in Narvon with his wife Anita, and their 5 children. He enjoys golf, reading, and spending time with his family (*editor’s note – with 5 children you’d better enjoy spending time with your family!)

Mike Stoltzfus
Foreman

Mike’s been with us since 2004. As a foreman, he can usually be found leading a team installing windows and/or doors. He also does a great job on our siding projects, where he’s often the person handling the more challenging parts of a job. If you want it done with precision, Mike is the man.

In his free time, Mike enjoys fishing and following Philly sports. He and his wife Karin live in New Holland with their 2 children.

Andrew Stauffer
Lead Service Tech

Andrew joined our team in 2008 and progressed rapidly to become a solid performer in all our areas of service.  That versatility led him into the role of our lead service tech a number of years ago. He spends a lot of his time helping homeowners by making exterior problems go away. When not on a service call, Andrew easily fits into any of our crews and helps get the job done right.

Andrew spends a lot of his free time playing volleyball – a sport at which he excels – and also enjoys reading and movies. He and his wife Renee live near Manheim with their 2 children.

As a homeowner myself, I understand the aggravation of dealing with home repairs. I like helping people resolve those problems and fixing things rights.

Shawn Weaver
Project Manager

Shawn joined the Eby team in June of 2011. He quickly established himself as a great worker and a couple of years later became a foreman running roofing jobs, and eventually all types of jobs. In 2020 Shawn moved into the role of Project Manager. While he still gets to wear his tool belt sometimes, he spends most of his time overseeing our operations schedule and equipping our field teams to get the job done right.

Shawn and his wife Kelly and their 2 children live in Narvon. He enjoys playing and watching all kinds of sports and spending time with his family.

Evan Kane
Foreman

Evan started his career with Eby Exteriors in February of ’21 after spending his career in trucking and woodworking. His woodworking skills transferred very naturally to Eby Exteriors where he spends his days working on a variety of our projects, from windows and doors to roofing and siding.

Evan and his wife Jessica have 3 children. They live in New Holland. When he’s not working you can find Evan spending time with his family, doing DIY projects, and cooking on his Traeger. We also appreciate the way Evan serves our community by using his EMT certification as a volunteer on a local ambulance team!

Vincent Price
Installer

Vinny joined the Eby team in February of 2022, bringing with him 9 years of construction experience in both concrete and roofing work.

He lives in Ephrata with his wife Kaitlyn and their 3 children (two daughters and one son). Vince’s hobbies include playing pick-up games of basketball and playing cornhole.

Josiah Stoltzfus
Foreman

Josiah had been working occassionally as a sub-contractor for Eby Exteriors for a number of years prior to officially joining our team as a foreman in June, 2022. He’s been working in construction for 9 years with the bulk of his experience in the areas of framing, siding, roofing, and decks.

Not only is Josiah a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan, he also plays in a flag football league. When he’s not working he always has some kind of side hustle going on. Right now he’s enjoying flipping items on Facebook.

He and his wife Meleah are welcomed their first child in December, ’22!

Dominic Garipoli
Estimator

We welcomed Dominic to our Eby team in July of 2023. A 2017 graduate of Wilson High School, he comes to us with 3 years of residential remodeling experience and a year of working as an estimator.

Dominic recently moved into a house near Reading where he spent 10 months doing a ground-up restoration/remodel. He lives there with his girlfriend and dog, Shrek.

When he’s not working he enjoys fishing and traveling.

Mark Yoder
President/Owner

Mark is a co-owner of Eby Exteriors. He and his partners Steve Burridge and Daryl Martin, from Ames Construction Inc., purchased Eby Exteriors in 2019 to become part of the Ames Construction Family of Companies. He spends most of his time as President of Ames Construction but also provides oversight and guidance to the Eby team.

Mark Graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Accounting and spent 5 years with the Vanguard Group before joining Ames Construction in 2001. His leadership at Ames is apparent in the growth of all divisions operating under Ames Construction, Inc. and through the acquisition of Nauman Cabinetry in 2015, as well as Eby Exteriors in 2019.

When he’s not running Ames Construction and Eby Exteriors, Mark spends much of his free time competing in auto racing. he also enjoys golf, tennis, and pickleball.

Phil Eby
Business Development/Marketing

Phil is the founder of Eby Exteriors Inc. He started the business in 1997, working by himself, and over the years grew the company by adding good employees and trade partners. In 2019 he sold the Eby Exteriors to Ames Construction, Inc. of Ephrata. Phil now works in business development for the entire Ames family of companies, including Ames Construction, Ames Mechanical, Eby Exteriors, and Nauman Cabinetry.

Phil’s hobbies include working out at Vitality Athletics (This allows him to enjoy more of another thing he is passionate about – great food!), playing golf, following Philly sports teams, and especially watching both of his daughters play volleyball. Phil and his wife Crystal have been married since 2005 and live in Ephrata.

Doug Sensenig
Salesman/Project Manager

An efficiently managed construction site benefits both customers and field workers alike, highlighting the crucial role of project managers. With over 40 years of experience in construction management, Doug Sensenig brings unparalleled expertise and knowledge to the Eby Exteriors team.

Doug has recently joined us as a salesman and project manager. Splitting his time between the office and the field, Doug will be a key part of your renovation journey, guiding the process from beginning to end.
