This home in Wyomissing had some problems with the old wooden siding. It needed another coat of paint and had some serious rot issues in numerous places. Also, the existing porch posts and beam were no longer aesthetically pleasing.

Eby Exterior was chosen to replace the siding with beautiful new Wolf Portrait high-density cellular composite siding that truly mimics the look of real wood. It’s also a super-durable product that is impervious to moisture and will hold its color for many, many years with minimal fading. and never needs to be re-painted. As part of the siding project, Eby Exteriors also installed new aluminum soffit and fascia and new seamless gutters with Champion gutter protection.

A great time to replace windows is when the exterior cladding is already being replaced. It saves time and makes everything a much more efficient process. So the homeowners chose to replace all 10 windows that were in the field of the new siding. We installed new Marvin Elevate fiberglass windows.

Finally, We replaced the porch posts and wrapped them and the porch beam with Wolf PVC trim and installed new Mastic beaded soffit in the porch ceiling. The new look of the front porch dramatically improves the appearance of the front of the home.
