Hake Siding, Windows, Entry Door, Patio Door – York, PA – AWARD WINNING PROJECT
- Preparation – Remove existing T111 siding and install new OSB wall panels, install new Low “e” insulating housewrap
- Siding – LP SmartSide – stained finish (Canyon) and LP Trim in Clove
- Trim (window surrounds +) – Boral composite trim painted by Eby Exteriors
- Entry Door – ProVia Signet stained fiberglass front entry door – Ginger color interior and Talon color exterior,
- Patio Door – Marvin Elevate fiberglass with Bronze exterior and bare pine interior
- Windows – Marvin Elevate fiberglass units with Bronze exterior and bare pine interior – completely re-built “wall of windows” at rear great room
- Gutters – Seamless aluminum gutters, K-style 5″ in Royal Brown with Champion gutter protection
What a privilege these homeowners gave us to remake the exterior of their beautiful York County home! The original wooden T111 siding was in need of significant repairs as well as painting. We removed it, installed new OSB wall panels, new low “e” insulating housewrap, and then installed BEAUTIFUL new LP SmartSide siding and trim with a stained finish. The new horizontal lines dramatically changed the homes’ appearance. The project included new seamless gutters with Champion gutter protection. We also replaced the front entry door with a new Provia stained fiberglass door and a side patio door with a new Integrity by Marvin sliding door. Finally, we replaced many of the windows, and in the back of the house we completely rebuilt the 2-story wall next to the great room, creating a new “wall of windows” that really brought the outside in.
