The wonderful community of Mt. Gretna, Pa is where Eby Exteriors was hired to transform this rather ordinary looking 2-story into a stunning home that fits the architecture and “vibe” of the area. We installed new James Hardie fiber-cement board & batten siding and new Marvin Elevate fiberglass windows. We also painted the railings and the rake trims. This home is located near the bottom of a hill and a lot of rain water flowed directly into the back of the house. Significant water management work was needed to that side of the building. We repaired a large section of rotted wall board and dug a new swale to divert water around the house. We also installed new seamless gutters with Champion Gutter Guards. Finally we installed a new Bilco basement entry door to help manage water that was entering and provide better basement access.
