Schwenkfelder – Old Church Roof – Lansdale, PA

This historic old church needed a new roof. Eby Exteriors was chosen to install these beautiful synthetic slate shingles (which we helped them select) that mimic the look of aged slate and maintain the building’s historic character, while also affording the owners many years of maintenance-free performance (50-year warranty). To match the historic appearance and the performance of the new shingles we used copper flashings as well. Finally, we also improved water and snow management by adding new snow guards and new 1/2 round gutters.
