Award Winning Barn Renovation in Adamstown, PA
- Roof – Drexel metals standing-seam steel (40′ length panels X 19″ wide panels) in Colonial Red – matching gable trim and accesories
- Siding – Boral composite edge & center bead painted Keystone Gray
What a privilege it was for Eby Exteriors to remake this beautiful old barn! We installed new standing seam metal roofing. Our in-house installers had to work exceptionally hard to get the continuous metal panels onto the roof and then install and seam them following the arched shape of the roof. We also installed and painted beautiful new Boral composite edge & center bead vertical siding. This new siding not only looks amazing – just like real wood – but the Boral composite holds paint like a dream because it is impervious to moisture and does not expand and contract during hot and cold weather cycles. The owner of this barn will be able to enjoy it looking like this, with little to no maintenance, for many, many years!
We also rebuilt the large sliding door on the east side of the barn that accesses the second level as well as the sliding door that accesses the lower level on the south side of the barn. These doors have matching siding and durable new hardware. And finally, we rebuilt and painted several wooden entry doors using the Boral composite product.
