The homeowner wanted to bring new life to the appearance of the exterior of their home. They also were concerned about water infiltration through the existing stucco surface. They also wanted to update their old, wooden deck. Eby Exteriors removed the existing stucco finish (stucco remediation) and created a new look with a combination of PVC and composite siding and stone veneer. We also shored up the structure of the existing deck and then installed new capped composite decking as well as new aluminum railing. Finally we replaced 3 entry doors, one into the garage and 2 into the basement. This home has become a showpiece that is both beautiful, functional, and will handle the elements for many years to come!
