Eby Exteriors was happy to perform this porch renovation in Lancaster, PA for the Zubers. These homeowners wanted to convert their rear-covered porch into a 3-seasons room as well as add a large deck across the back of their home for family entertainment and to create a comfortable way to access their driveway from the rear of the house. We also shored up the foundation of the new room by installing a new “Techno Post” foundation. The new room feels like you’re sitting outside and the new deck is a space where many great, long-lasting family memories will be made.
