Stewart Addition/Siding/Roofing – Lancaster, PA

Eby Exteriors added some much needed space to this quaint Lancaster, PA cape cod style home. We added a new shed dormer to the rear of the home which created lots of extra space and brought in much more natural light. The addition spans almost the entire length of the home. Eby Exteriors did the framing and finished the exterior and the homeowners then finished the inside on their own. The shed dormer addition included new Marvin “Elevate” fiberglass windows. We installed new siding on the entire home and completely replaced the roof. The roof on the new shed dormer is a standing-seam metal roof, which provides a great platform for the new solar panels that were installed by a separate contractor. We installed a corrugated metal roof on the 1st-floor sunroom and used architectural shingles on the rest of the home. One other part of the roof work included the installation of new insulation in the sunroom ceiling, done easily and efficiently during the roof replacement.
