Spitler Renovation – Grantville, PA – AWARD WINNING PROJECT
- 4-Season Sunroom Addition – replacing previous deck, wood-framed on existing foundation piers – plus rear porch addition wood-framed
- Roof – main house is Certainteed Landmark PRO architectural shingles in Max Definition Burnt Sienna color – addition is Drexel Metals standing-seam steel in Mansard Brown with new snow guards
- Siding – LP Smartside Diamond-Kote stained finish in Mahogany – soffit & fascia are Mastic aluminum in Royal Brown
- Windows – Marvin Elevate fiberglass, Pebble Gray exterior and bare pine interior
- Decking – Azek PVC decking in Teakwood color and Azek composite railing in Kona color
- Doors – Addition and rear entry – ThermTru fiberglass
- Gutters – seamless aluminum 5″ K-style to match Royal brown
Eby Exteriors was proud to be chosen for this renovation that included a new sunroom addition, new siding, new roofing, new windows, and new decking/railing. We spent a lot of time with these homeowners picking the right products that offered both the aesthetic value they desired as well as the durability and warranties they wanted. They had already figured out the design they wanted to use for the new sunroom. The existing deck was removed and we set to work on this “total makeover.” Construction included a small rear porch addition as well, which the homeowner added to the project after we started.We’re so pleased and proud as to how it turned out, as are the homeowners. It fits perfectly on their wooded property.
