Reisinger Sunroom Addition – Lititz, PA

Eby Exteriors was chosen to add a beautiful new sunroom to this Lititz, PA home. The project was built on an existing patio. We inspected the existing foundation and, working with the local municipality, determined that it was more than sufficient to support the new room, saving these homeowners a lot of money. That also enabled us to build the room much more quickly with minimal disturbance to the back yard.

Our goal with this sunroom addition, as with most every one we build, is to make it look as though it was a part of the original design of the house. We used siding and roofing to match the existing house as closely as possible and designed it such a way so that it doesn’t look like an afterthought. We also were able to increase the roof pitch by building a box in front of one of the rear windows. This helped the aesthetics, maintained proper egress for the window, and eliminated the costly need to actually move the window. The result is a lovely room that brings the outside in, all year long!
