Exterior Renovation – Downingtown, PA – AWARD WINNING PROJECT
- Siding – James Hardie fiber-cement Cedarmill with 7″ exposure in Heathered Moss; soffit & fascia – James Hardie trim Boards in Arctic white
- Windows – Marvin Elevate fiberglass units, painted white pine interior and stone white exteriors; window/corner trim – Azek PVC
- Roofing – Drexel Metals steel standing-seam in Dark Bronze with Snow Defender snow guards
- Doors – Therma Tru fiberglass w/ Schlage hardware
- Gutters – 1/2-round
- Deck railing – aluminum in black
- Insulation – closed-cell foam
These property owners had a “beat-up” old carriage house on their property that they wanted to convert to a living space for their son. They hired us to completely renovate the exterior and insulate the walls in the process. The project included new fiber-cement siding, standing-seam steel roofing with snow guards, windows, fiberglass entry doors, and a new overhead door, new 1/2-round gutters, and deck railing. Because Eby Exteriors is experienced with all of the various aspects of this exterior renovation, we were a good fit for the clients. We were able to help them through the color and product selection process and fit everything together. The results were dramatic!.
