- Porch – wood frame on existing foundation

- Siding – Certainteed Monogram clapboard 4″ exposure in Wicker color – new Burgnudy Mid america shutters
- Gutters – seamless 5″ K-Style in Wicker color
- Stone veneer by Quality stone in Tuscarora color
- Roof – AB Martin G90 ABM steel panel w/ matching snow guards in Burgundy – roof line was repaired to correct a “dip” and cellulose insulation was added to attic prior to new roof installation
- Doors – front door ThermaTru fiberglass w/ mahogany woodgrain – storms doors front and rear EMCO brand in sandtone
The homeowners bought this home because of the large country lot, knowing they wanted to renovate the exterior. We used our design program to show them various options of design, color, and product combinations. They loved our suggestion to add the stone veneer knee wall and stone chimney. The entire project included adding a beautiful new front porch with Azek decking and Azek brick pavers. The job also included new Certainteed Monogram vinyl siding as well as a new stone veneer. And finally we installed a new metal roof after adding more cellulose insulation to the attic and repair a significant “dip” in the roof frame.
We’re so pleased with the job Eby Exteriors did on our house! It’s like we have a brand new home. Everyone who visits is so impressed by the transformation and the workmanship. Great people and great result – we would highly recommend them!
