Full-Home Makeover – Ephrata, PA

The owners of this 1980s rancher originally planned to add a second two-car garage, but their vision quickly expanded into a full home transformation.

Garage

We added the desired garage with a two-story mezzanine, steel cable railing, and an epoxy floor suitable for both projects and entertaining.

Interior

Inside, walls between the kitchen and living room were removed to create an open-concept layout featuring white custom cabinetry, a large island, and cohesive laminate-wood flooring. We also built a new master bedroom with ensuite bath on the opposite end of the home.

Exterior

The exterior was refreshed with white vertical siding, black accents, and wood truss details for a modern look. A new patio between the additions, accented by dark wood siding, now serves as an outdoor living area complete with TV and lounge furniture, setting the stage for a future outdoor kitchen and trellis installation.
