Bathroom Renovation – Ephrata, PA

This Ephrata empty-nester couple began renovating their home to add comfort and convenience for retirement, returning to the Eby team for Phase 2 of their first-floor bathroom. Though small, the renovation delivered a long-desired double vanity and walk-in shower. The layout was reworked by relocating the shower to the end of the room, allowing the toilet to remain in place and creating space for the double vanity. Finished in a Scandinavian style, the bathroom features a floating vanity with granite countertops, illuminated mirrors, a tiled shower with bench and shelf, and a frameless glass surround that makes the space feel larger.
