This York homeowner finally transformed their unstable, unused deck into a stunning outdoor space. After removing the old boards, the crew raised and reinforced the foundation with pavers. The refreshed deck gained two extra feet of space and now features bi-colored, picture-framed decking with no exposed cuts.
An engineered enclosed section was built strong enough for a 7,000-lb hot tub and wrapped in crystal-clear, durable fiberglass screening. The new porch ties it all together with LP SmartSide ceilings, sleek horizontal cable railing, and post-cap lighting for a clean, elevated finish.
