Deck Replacement – Ephrata, PA

The original wooden deck on this Ephrata, PA home was structurally sound, but was requiring more and more maintenance to keep it functional. The homeowners also were looking create a much larger deck with access to their lovely back yard. Eby Exteriors expanded the size of their deck from 12′ X 10′ to 25′ X 16′ and added a landing with new stairs. The new deck was built on a Techno-Post foundation so there was minimal disturbance to their lawn/landscape. The deck was covered with TimberTech decking and rim board in Mountain Redwood with Keylink aluminum railing in Textured Black. The results speak for themselves!
