Kujawski Deck Replacement – Ephrata, PA
- Decking – Timbertech composite decking/rim board in Mountain Redwood color
- Railing – Keylink aluminum in Textured Black color
- Structure – Pressure-treated wood frame on Techno metal Post foundation
The original wooden deck on this Ephrata, PA home was structurally sound, but was requiring more and more maintenance to keep it functional. The homeowners also were looking create a much larger deck with access to their lovely back yard. Eby Exteriors expanded the size of their deck from 12′ X 10′ to 25′ X 16′ and added a landing with new stairs. The new deck was built on a Techno-Post foundation so there was minimal disturbance to their lawn/landscape. The deck was covered with TimberTech decking and rim board in Mountain Redwood with Keylink aluminum railing in Textured Black. The results speak for themselves!
