Marshall Screened Porch & Deck – Lancaster, PA

Our clients had been dealing with a worn-out deck and the maintenance it required for a number of years. They also wanted to add a screened porch to enhance the outdoor living experience their backyard afforded. Eby Exteriors was chosen to demolish the old deck and build a new one while adding a beautiful new screened porch. We also built some new steps connecting the deck to the pool area below and added a paver walkway from the new deck to the driveway. We added an attractive and practical “bench” around the hot tub that allows customized access for repairs/maintenance to the tub.  Finally, we added a new “skirting” (using matching deck boards) around the perimeter of the new deck and built double-door access so that the space below the deck can be used as a storage area for their outdoor furniture and many other things.

The new deck and sunroom are built on a super-study Techno Metal Post foundation. The deck and screened porch are built with products that will require little to no maintenance and are also extremely durable and come with excellent warranties (including Eby Exteriors lifetime workmanship warranty). These homeowners will be able to enjoy their new space for many years to come!
