What is your position at Eby Exteriors and what does it entail?- My role as Production Manager starts when the project is sold. From there, I take the reins and work to oversee a seamless execution from start to finish. In a typical day, I am in charge of ordering materials, scheduling crews, and managing deliveries to ensure that every project progresses smoothly and achieves the highest level of quality that Eby Exteriors is known for.
- In my opinion, a successful Production Manager should have a good knowledge of the materials needed for each job, be skilled in managing time effectively, and be able to adapt to unexpected challenges. Communication and leadership skills are also important, as they help in coordinating with customers, team members, and wholesalers.
- I have had an incredible journey of growth with Eby Exteriors. It all began over a decade ago when I started as a field installer. As I honed my skills and demonstrated dedication, opportunities arose. About three years ago, I had the privilege of stepping into some of new roles and jobs, including the position I currently hold. This progression has been immensely rewarding, and I’m grateful for the trust and support I’ve received from the team along the way!
- One significant change I’ve noticed over the past few years has been the shift towards working with higher-end products and materials. The construction industry is constantly advancing, and Eby Exteriors has remained at the forefront.

When not in the office, how do you like to spend your time?- I love spending quality time with my wonderful wife and three kids, being together and creating memories is incredibly important to me. When I have some personal time, I enjoy working on my golf swing or hunting.

- I am a Philly sports fan through and through: The Eagles, 76’ers, and Phillies are my favorites!
- I like music and play the bass guitar as part of the worship team at my church.
