Who We’re Looking to Hire
Thanks to our portfolio of beautiful work and our strong word of mouth referral network, Eby Exteriors is growing rapidly. At this point, we are hiring for multiple positions and may be looking to bring aboard several qualified individuals for each position. These are the positions we’re looking to fill:
Foreman- Foremen lead the install and repair teams through their leadership, communication, and skill with exterior contracting. For this position, we are looking for someone with prior experience as a team foreman who also has a minimum of 5-years exterior installation experience.
- These craftsmen are the core of our install teams performing the skilled work required to properly install windows, doors, siding, and roofing. For these positions, we want to hear from candidates with at least 1-year of experience in one or more of these types of exterior work.
- This is an entry-level opportunity for someone to learn the skill sets that can be the foundation for a career. While no experience is necessary, we want to find individuals with a strong work ethic, good character, and a sincere interest in working with their hands.
While it might sound like a cliché, it is 100% true here: our people make all the difference. We want everyone at Eby Exteriors to truly be a cut above the rest when it comes to both their skill and the services they provide. In general, we want candidates to have experience with everything from roofing, to siding, window installation, and the other services we provide — however, we also welcome specialists if they are willing to learn the other essential trades. More than any of the individual requirements listed above, we are looking for individuals who are respectful, good at building relationships, dependable, and motivated to be true craftsmen.
